New Staff Members at TPMA

We are pleased to welcome three new staff members.

Diana Barrett has joined TPMA as a senior project consultant.  Diana has thirteen years of experience in the non-profit sector providing organizational structural support, creating national youth and education policy, and providing education services for reentering the job market. She comes to TPMA from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development where she was a grants manager in charge of Adult Education and English Literacy/Civics grants. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Indiana University School of Social Work and at Ivy Tech Community College.

Claire Linnemeier has joined TPMA as a project consultant.  Claire recently completed a MPA at IUPUI and has extensive experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors.  She comes to TPMA from the Strategic Development Group, Inc. , where she served as Research & Project Coordinator.  She also worked as a legislative assistant at the Indiana Institute for Working Families and was an intern at the Office of Strategic Initiatives at the Library of Congress.

Yuqing (Kate) Jiao has also joined TPMA as a summer intern.  Kate is a recent graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics and was a Minor in Economics. Kate served as a Statistical Consulting Intern at the IU Statistical Consulting Center, where she analyzed Scholars’ research and experiment data using MANOVA, repeated measurement, and linear models, and analyzed scholars’ research and experiment data using Excel, SPSS and R.
